What is CVE-2010-20114?
VariCAD EN versions up to and including 2010-2.05 contain a stack-based buffer overflow vulnerability that occurs when parsing .dwb drawing files. This flaw arises from the application's failure to validate the length of embedded input data within these files. By crafting a malicious .dwb file and convincing a user to open it, an attacker can overwrite critical memory structures, potentially leading to arbitrary code execution.
