What is CVE-2010-2983?

The workgroup bridge (WGB) feature in Cisco Unified Wireless Network Solution prior to version 7.0.98.0 is susceptible to a denial of service attack. This vulnerability enables remote attackers to disrupt network services by sending a series of spoofed EAPoL logoff frames. The attack, associated with Bug ID CSCte43374, can lead to dropped connections, severely impacting network availability and user experience.
