What is CVE-2010-3280?

The OmniTouch Contact Center Standard Edition's management server component allows unauthorized access due to reliance on client-side authorization checks. This vulnerability permits remote attackers to intercept the SuperUser password, enabling them to monitor and manipulate Contact Center operations through a compromised client application. Measures should be taken to enhance server-side security mechanisms and properly validate client requests.
