Multiple directory traversal vulnerabilities exist in the AGENTS/index.php file of the NetArt MEDIA Real Estate Portal 2.0. These vulnerabilities allow remote attackers to craft requests that can include and execute arbitrary local files on the server. Specifically, the exploit targets the 'folder' and 'action' parameters using directory traversal sequences, potentially leading to unauthorized access and exploitation of sensitive data.
