What is CVE-2010-5336?
The IceWarp Webclient is susceptible to a Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability due to improper handling of user input. This vulnerability can be exploited via an HTTP POST request to 'admin/login.html', where the 'username' parameter is persistently vulnerable in version 10.2.0 and prior. An attacker could leverage this flaw to inject malicious scripts, compromising user sessions and potentially gaining unauthorized access to sensitive data.
