What is CVE-2011-10019?
The Spreecommerce application prior to version 0.60.2 has a vulnerability in its search functionality that allows remote command execution. This flaw occurs due to improper sanitization of input passed through the search[send][] parameter, which is processed dynamically using Ruby’s send method. Exploiting this vulnerability, attackers can run arbitrary shell commands on the associated server without requiring any form of authentication, posing significant security risks to the application.
