Stack-Based Buffer Overflow in HP OpenView Storage Data Protector

Summary

Multiple stack-based buffer overflows exist in the inet service of HP OpenView Storage Data Protector versions 6.00 through 6.20. These vulnerabilities could be exploited by remote attackers to execute arbitrary code by sending crafted requests to the service, potentially compromising the security and integrity of affected systems. Users and administrators are advised to apply security updates and configure their systems to mitigate the risk of exploitation.
