What is CVE-2012-10047?
The Cyclope Employee Surveillance Solution versions 6.x contains a SQL injection vulnerability in its login functionality. This occurs due to insufficient sanitization of the username parameter in the auth-login POST request. An attacker could exploit this flaw to inject arbitrary SQL commands, which may lead to malicious actions including the ability to create and execute a PHP file on the server. If successful, this results in remote code execution under the SYSTEM user context, ultimately compromising the integrity and security of the affected system.
