What is CVE-2012-1840?

AjaXplorer versions 3.2.x prior to 3.2.5 and 4.0.x prior to 4.0.4 are susceptible to a flaw in cookie authentication. This vulnerability enables remote attackers to gain unauthorized access by exploiting knowledge of a user's password hash, effectively bypassing the intended security measures.
