What is CVE-2012-1842?

A cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerability exists in the checkQKMProg.htm file of the Quantum Scalar i500 tape library and the Dell ML6000 tape library. This vulnerability enables remote attackers to execute arbitrary web scripts or HTML code by exploiting unspecified vectors. Affected systems running firmware versions prior to i7.0.3 for the Quantum Scalar i500 and A20-00 for the Dell ML6000 are at risk.
