What is CVE-2012-3954?

Multiple memory leaks exist in ISC DHCP versions 4.1.x and 4.2.x prior to 4.2.4-P1 and 4.1-ESV prior to 4.1-ESV-R6. These vulnerabilities can be exploited by remote attackers to create a denial of service condition through excessive requests, leading to memory consumption and service disruption.
