What is CVE-2012-4695?

A vulnerability in LogReceiver.exe of RSLinx Enterprise allows remote attackers to induce a denial of service by sending zero-byte UDP packets. This oversight in the handling of UDP packets within Logger.dll can lead to service outages, disrupting normal operations and affecting the connected infrastructure. Organizations using affected versions should apply available patches to mitigate potential exploitation risks.
