An authenticated OS command injection vulnerability affects various Linksys router models, including the WRT160Nv2 running firmware v2.0.03. The risk arises from the web interface not properly sanitizing user-supplied input during diagnostic operations via the apply.cgi endpoint. With valid credentials, an attacker could inject arbitrary shell commands, potentially leading to remote code execution.
