What is CVE-2013-1102?
A vulnerability exists in the Wireless Intrusion Prevention System (wIPS) component of Cisco Wireless LAN Controller devices. This issue allows remote attackers to exploit crafted IP packets to trigger a denial of service by causing the device to reload. The affected software versions include those prior to 7.0.235.0, 7.2.110.0, and 7.3.101.0. Organizations using these devices should consider implementing security measures to mitigate potential attacks.
