What is CVE-2013-1319?

A vulnerability in Microsoft Publisher 2003 SP3 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code on the affected system by exploiting improper return value handling in the application. An attacker can craft a malicious Publisher file that, when opened, can trigger the execution of arbitrary code, potentially compromising the user's system.
