What is CVE-2013-1595?

The Vivotek PT7135 IP Camera models 0300a and 0400a are subjected to a Buffer Overflow vulnerability that can be exploited by sending a specially crafted packet in the Authorization header of an RTSP request. This flaw enables a remote attacker to execute arbitrary code on the device or potentially trigger a Denial of Service, compromising the integrity and availability of the camera's functionality.
