What is CVE-2013-3377?

Cisco TelePresence TC and TE Software versions prior to 5.1.7 and 4.1.3 respectively are vulnerable to a denial of service attack, allowing remote attackers to trigger unexpected device reloads through the manipulation of crafted SIP packets.
