What is CVE-2013-3705?
The VBA32 AntiRootKit component in Novell Client for Windows versions prior to IR5 of Novell Client 2 SP3 is vulnerable to a denial of service condition. This vulnerability arises when local users issue an IOCTL call with an invalid parameter, leading to a system bugcheck and blue screen of death (BSOD). This can disrupt the normal operation of the affected system, causing instability and forcing a restart. Immediate action should be taken to update the Novell Client to mitigate this risk.
