What is CVE-2013-4040?
The IBM Tivoli Application Dependency Discovery Manager (TADDM) versions 7.1.2.x prior to 7.2.1.5 and 7.2.x prior to 7.2.2.0 on Unix have been found to employ weak file permissions (755) on certain configuration and log files. This weakness allows local users the potential to read these files, thereby exposing sensitive information which could be exploited for unauthorized purposes. Immediate remediation is advised to secure these configurations.
