What is CVE-2013-6023?

A directory traversal issue exists in the TVT TD-2308SS-B DVR that permits remote attackers to access and read arbitrary files. This can be achieved by manipulating the URI to include sequences of '../', which can result in unauthorized exposure of sensitive files on the device.
