What is CVE-2013-6428?

The OpenStack Orchestration API (Heat) contains a vulnerability that allows remote authenticated users to bypass tenant scoping restrictions by manipulating the tenant_id in the request path. This flaw was present in versions prior to Havana 2013.2.1 and Icehouse before icehouse-2, potentially leading to unauthorized access to resources across tenants.
