What is CVE-2014-2533?
In BlackBerry QNX Neutrino RTOS versions 6.4.x and 6.5.x, a local privilege escalation vulnerability exists in the /sbin/ifwatchd component. By supplying an arbitrary program name as a command-line argument, local users can exploit this flaw to gain elevated privileges on the system, potentially compromising sensitive information or executing unauthorized actions.
