What is CVE-2014-2941?

The Cobham Sailor 6000 satellite terminals exhibit a significant security vulnerability due to hardcoded Tbus 2 credentials. This issue allows unauthorized remote access through Tbus 2 commands, posing a risk to the data integrity and operation of the device. Although the vendor states that exploitation of another user's credentials is not possible, the hardcoded nature of these credentials could allow attackers to gain unauthorized command access, compromising the security of the terminals.
