CVE Published:

Summary

The qpidd broker in Apache Qpid versions 0.30 and earlier is susceptible to a denial of service attack, where remote authenticated users can crash the daemon by sending specially crafted AMQP messages. This may include invalid sequences in message sets, utilizing content-bearing methods other than message-transfer, or issuing session-gap control commands without prior session-attach operations. Such activities could disrupt service availability and require a manual restart of the affected broker.
