What is CVE-2015-0591?

Cisco Unified Communications Domain Manager version 10 is susceptible to a denial of service attack, allowing remote attackers to disrupt service by sending a high volume of malformed TCP packets. This can result in a hang of the daemon and an outage of the graphical user interface, impacting availability and user access.
