Summary

The DNS implementation in Cisco's Videoscape Distribution Suite for Internet Streaming (VDS-IS) version 3.2(1) is susceptible to a denial of service attack. This vulnerability allows remote attackers to exploit crafted packets that lead to excessive CPU usage and depletion of network resources, ultimately disrupting service availability.
