What is CVE-2015-1480?

The vulnerability in ZOHO ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus prior to version 9.0 build 9031 allows remote authenticated users to access sensitive ticket information. This can be exploited via specific actions such as 'getTicketData' to the 'AjaxServlet' or by directly querying reports and SWF files, exposing critical operational data and potentially jeopardizing system integrity.
