What is CVE-2015-2913?

A vulnerability exists in the Session Manager component of OrientDB Server Community Edition that improperly relies on the java.util.Random class for generating random Session ID values. This flaw allows remote attackers to potentially predict Session IDs by deducing the internal state of the Pseudo-Random Number Generator (PRNG), which could facilitate session hijacking. Users are advised to update to the latest versions to mitigate the risk associated with this vulnerability.
