What is CVE-2015-3884?

qdPM 8.3 is susceptible to an unrestricted file upload vulnerability which enables remote attackers to execute arbitrary code. By exploiting this flaw, attackers can upload files with executable extensions via several pages, including myAccount, projects, tasks, tickets, discussions, reports, and the scheduler. Once the malicious file is uploaded, it can be accessed directly from the uploads/attachments/ or uploads/users/ directories, leading to serious security implications for users of this product.
