What is CVE-2015-4283?

A vulnerability exists in Cisco Videoscape Policy Resource Manager version 3.5.4 that allows remote attackers to execute denial of service attacks. By leveraging a SYN flood or similar TCP traffic flood, attackers can cause significant CPU and memory consumption, leading to TCP service disruptions. This issue has been tracked with Bug IDs CSCuu35104 and CSCuu35128, and it poses a risk to network functionality for affected systems.
