Summary

A vulnerability exists in Cisco Videoscape Policy Resource Manager version 3.5.4 that allows remote attackers to execute denial of service attacks. By leveraging a SYN flood or similar TCP traffic flood, attackers can cause significant CPU and memory consumption, leading to TCP service disruptions.
