A Cross-Site Request Forgery (CSRF) vulnerability exists in the Alcatel-Lucent CellPipe 7130 RG, specifically in firmware version 1.0.0.20h.HOL. This flaw enables remote attackers to exploit the system by hijacking the authentication of administrators and executing unauthorized actions. By sending specially crafted requests to certain administrative functions, such as creating new user accounts, attackers can manipulate the device without the consent of legitimate users, presenting a significant security risk.
