What is CVE-2015-4647?
Multiple stack-based buffer overflows exist within the Ipropsapi component of the Panasonic Security API (PS-API) ActiveX SDK prior to version 8.10.18. These vulnerabilities can be exploited by remote attackers who send specially crafted long strings to the FilePassword property or utilize the GetStringInfo method. Successful exploitation could allow attackers to execute arbitrary code on the affected system, leading to potential unauthorized access and data compromise.
