What is CVE-2015-4682?

A directory traversal vulnerability in Polycom RealPresence Resource Manager prior to version 8.4 enables remote authenticated users to exploit the system. Through crafted HTTP POST requests to the PlcmRmWeb/JConfigManager endpoint, attackers can gain access to sensitive installation paths. This flaw potentially allows unauthorized surveillance on conference systems, posing risks to the confidentiality and integrity of communications managed by the platform.
