The ULOGTOD function in SNTP prior to version 4.2.7p366 contains a flaw in type conversions from precision values to doubles. This vulnerability can be exploited by remote attackers who send specially crafted NTP packets, leading to an infinite loop and subsequent denial of service, disrupting the normal functioning of the server.
