What is CVE-2015-8832?

Multiple incomplete blacklist vulnerabilities exist in the core component of Dotclear that allow remote authenticated users to exploit misconfigurations. Specifically, this vulnerability enables users with permissions to manage their own media items and entries to upload files with dangerous extensions (.pht, .phps, or .phtml), ultimately leading to arbitrary PHP code execution on the server.
