What is CVE-2015-9282?

The Pie Chart Panel plugin for Grafana, prior to January 2, 2019, contains a Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability that can be exploited via malicious legend or tooltip data. When integrated into a Grafana dashboard, an attacker could leverage this vulnerability to execute code in the context of a user's session, potentially allowing for unauthorized access to sensitive dashboard information.
