What is CVE-2016-0751?

A vulnerability exists in Action Pack of Ruby on Rails, where improper restrictions on the MIME type cache could allow a remote attacker to induce high memory consumption via a specially crafted HTTP Accept header. This can lead to a denial of service condition, impacting the performance and availability of applications using affected versions of Action Pack.
