What is CVE-2016-0889?
The vulnerability in the HTTP servlet of vApp Manager within EMC Unisphere for VMAX Virtual Appliance before version 8.2.0 allows attackers to exploit a crafted pathname to write arbitrary files on the server. This can lead to unauthorized access and potentially compromise the integrity and confidentiality of sensitive files.
