What is CVE-2016-10308?

Siklu EtherHaul radios prior to version 3.7.1 and 6.x versions preceding 6.9.0 possess a critical security flaw where a built-in, hidden root account is present. This account has a fixed password that remains the same across all devices, making it easily exploitable. The account can be accessed via SSH and the device’s web interface, enabling an attacker to gain complete control over the device's Linux operating system. This vulnerability poses significant risks for network integrity and security.
