What is CVE-2016-10331?
A directory traversal vulnerability exists in the download.php script of Synology Photo Station versions earlier than 6.5.3-3226. This flaw allows remote attackers to exploit the id parameter, enabling them to read arbitrary files from the server's filesystem. By crafting specific requests, attackers can access sensitive information possibly leading to further exploitation of the system.
