What is CVE-2016-1555?

Several models of Netgear wireless access points and routers contain a command injection vulnerability that allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary commands on the device. The transgressions arise in multiple scripts including boardData102.php, boardData103.php, and others, exposing affected devices to unauthorized access and potential manipulation. Users are urged to upgrade to the latest firmware version to mitigate this risk.
