What is CVE-2016-20024?

ZKTeco ZKTime.Net version 3.0.1.6 suffers from an insecure file permissions vulnerability that enables unprivileged users to escalate their privileges. This security flaw arises from world-writable permissions on the ZKTime.Net 3.0 directory, allowing malicious alteration of executable files. Attackers can exploit this oversight to replace legitimate executables with their own harmful binaries, facilitating unauthorized access and control.
