What is CVE-2016-20040?

TiEmu 3.03-nogdb+dfsg-3 is affected by a buffer overflow vulnerability in the handling of ROM parameters through the command-line interface. Attackers can exploit this flaw by inputting an oversized ROM parameter, which results in a stack buffer overflow.
