What is CVE-2016-2125?
Samba, prior to specific versions, presented a security vulnerability where it consistently requested forwardable tickets when authenticating with Kerberos. This flaw allowed a service authenticated by Samba via Kerberos to utilize the obtained ticket to impersonate Samba itself in interactions with other services or domain users, thereby posing a significant security risk.
