Summary

A vulnerability exists in Spring AMQP versions prior to 1.5.5 that allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code. The issue arises from the org.springframework.core.serializer.DefaultDeserializer component, which does not properly handle maliciously crafted serialized data, leading to remote code execution vulnerabilities. This issue can be exploited if the application deserializes untrusted input, potentially allowing an attacker to control the execution flow of the application.

Exploit Proof of Concept (PoC)

PoC code is written by security researchers to demonstrate the vulnerability can be exploited. PoC code is also a key component for weaponization which could lead to ransomware.
