What is CVE-2016-2974?
After uninstalling the Sametime Rich Client, IBM Sametime Connect versions 8.5.2 and 9.0 may inadvertently expose sensitive information related to the Sametime environment as well as other users on the local machine. This vulnerability poses serious privacy concerns by allowing unauthorized access to potentially sensitive data that should not be accessible post-uninstallation. Users must be aware of this risk to mitigate exposure.
