What is CVE-2016-4314?

A directory traversal vulnerability exists in the LogViewer Admin Service of WSO2 Carbon 4.4.5. This flaw enables remote authenticated administrators to exploit the logFile parameter by utilizing a .. (dot dot) sequence. As a result, they can access and download sensitive files from the server, potentially leading to unauthorized data exposure and compromise of information security.
