What is CVE-2016-4336?

An out-of-bounds write vulnerability exists in the parsing of Bzip2 files within Lexmark Perspective Document Filters. This issue arises when a specially crafted Bzip2 document is processed, potentially leading to a stack-based buffer overflow. Under certain conditions, this vulnerability could be exploited by an attacker to execute arbitrary code on the affected system.
