What is CVE-2016-4803?

A CRLF injection vulnerability exists in the send email functionality of dotCMS, allowing remote attackers to exploit this flaw. By injecting arbitrary CRLF sequences in the subject header, an attacker could manipulate email headers and potentially deceive recipients or carry out further attacks. This vulnerability is particularly concerning as it could be leveraged for phishing or spoofing attacks, endangering users' trust and the integrity of communications.
