Summary

A vulnerability in the OpenSslEngine.java file of Netty allows remote attackers to exploit a flaw that leads to a denial of service through an infinite loop. This affects versions 4.0.x prior to 4.0.37.Final and 4.1.x prior to 4.1.1.Final. Attackers can exploit this vulnerability to create service disruptions by repeatedly sending crafted SSL requests, rendering the application unresponsive.
